Former University of Tennessee Lady Vol Courtney McDaniel will be giving Personal Training, which are highly organized workouts that focus on a player's skills. Her drills are game-like and will produce a marked improvement in the player. Basketball workouts can also be combined with strength training or conditioning drills and agility drills to improve speed, coordination, and stamina.
